How can we help?

Rallybound provides an easy way to change terms and global language across your campaign or even multiple campaigns. This allows you to customize your campaigns or a series of campaigns by renaming some of the basic terms that are consistently re-used across those campaigns. Additionally, these terms define what will be displayed when using placeholders in emails and editable areas across the site. Click here to learn more about Rallybound's placeholder system.

Modify global terms by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
  2. Navigate to the entity (organization, group, or campaign) on which you'd like to configure this setting. Click here to learn more about inherited settings.
  3. Click the "Website" tab
  4. Click "Customize" in the left sidebar
  5. Click on the relevant term
  6. Click "Edit"
  7. Edit your term as desired
  8. Click "Done"
  9. Refresh you campaign site to view your changes
