How can we help?

Administrators can change the email address of an existing registrant through the contact record. Please follow the steps below :

1) Go to the admin panel > People Contacts tab

2) Find the registrant's contact record

3) Update the Email address field and click Save.

You can also search for the registrant in the global search and on the registrant record click "Edit Contact Info". Then update the email address field and click Save.
