  1. Log in to the Admin at
  2. Navigate to the entity (organization, group, or campaign) on which to edit the templateyou'd like to configure this setting. Click here to learn more about inherited settings.
  3. Click the "Email" tab
  4. Click "Automated Emails" in the left sidebar
  5. Open the "Donation Confirmation" or "Registration Confirmation" email template.
  6. Make the necessary edits. Please see How to edit an auto responder


  1. Be sure to preview how the email will look to the end user. In this interface, you can toggle the sample data used to see how the email will look in various scenarios.
