Staying in touch with your users is a good tool with which to inspire people to raise even more for your organization. There are multiple paths you can take to send emails from your campaign (not including Fundraiser emails or Auto RespondersAutomated Emails), listed below.

Send from the Email Tab


  1. Log into the Admin at
  2. Navigate to the campaign from which to send this email
  3. Click the "Email" tab
  4. Click "Compose" in the left sidebarthe red Compose button (with the feather icon) at the top of the page
  5. Choose recipients — either by group or individually. Groups include:
    1.  All Donors
    2. All Registrants
    3. All Attendees
    4. All Non-Attendee Registrants (a.k.a. Virtual Registrants, a.k.a. Fundraisers)
    5. All Team Captains
    6. All Non-Captain Team Members
    7. All Solo Fundraisers (Fundraisers who are not on a team)
  6. Schedule the email to go out immediately or specify a time in the future for the email to be sent
  7. Choose a template and/or compose the email. Use placeholders to really personalize your message.
  8. You may choose to exclude the email header and/or footer (click here to learn more about the email header and footer)
  9. Preview your email to see how it will look to the end user. In this interface, you can toggle the sample data used to see how the email will look in various scenarios.
  10. If you'd like to test your email before it is sent out, click "Test Email" at the top of the window. A test email will be sent to the administrator's email address.
  11. To save the email as a template, click "Save as Template" at the top of the window
  12. When the email is ready to go, click "Send" at the bottom

Send from Reports


  1. Log into the Admin at
  2. Navigate to the campaign from which to send this email
  3. Click the "Reports" in the tab
  4. Select either the Fundraisers and Teams or Registrants with Reg Fields, Donation, and Contacts Summary report
  5. Select your date range and click "Run Report"
  6. Filter the report as desired (click here to learn more about filtering reports)
  7. Click "Send Email" at the top of the report. This will redirect you to the compose tab with your report results pre-selected as recipients of your email.
