We are very proud to announce that our much hyped and anticipated Admin UI Migration Update is now LIVE! We cannot wait to see the various creative ways you are going to put the powerful new features to work to increase your fundraising efforts.
As with every transition, we expect there might be a learning curve for all clients to get used to the new interface. To help with that, below is a list of resources to assist in the process. Below that is two things to look for if you're having trouble finding or configuring something.

If you're having trouble with settings in the new, restructured interface, check the following first:
Are you in the correct location/entity?
If you're having trouble finding a setting or record, please keep in mind that some settings/data are only available on the campaign entity — which means, when you've navigated to a campaign (as opposed to a group). If you can't find what you're looking for, try navigating to a campaign entity. You'll know you're in a campaign entity if the header color is blue. If you are definitely in the correct entity type and you simply can't find that setting or record, and you know where you would have found it before the admin UI update, check out our Admin UI Update 2020: Where'd it go? article.
Is it locked?
If you've located your setting but are having trouble updating it, please keep in mind that it may be inheriting the configuration. As part of this release, we've added the ability to configure settings on the organization or group level and apply that setting to all campaigns within that entity level. If the setting you're looking at is inherited, it will be disabled, disallowing you from updating it. There will also be a lock icon ( ) on or near the setting. To update the setting, either navigate to the entity on which the setting was configured, or click the lock to override the parent setting. Click here to learn more about the inheritance system.
