Improvements

  • Payment methods associated with recurring plans are now displayed in the Donor Portal on the plan record itself. Donors can also swap the associated method out with a different saved method.
  • Removed PDF conditional settings (opt in and minimum amount) from the Admin Panel. To enable or disable any of these settings, please contact us.
  • PDF receipt can be configured to always send when the donation is a company contribution, regardless of minimum amount. Opt in/out checkbox now doesn't appear to the donor when the donation is a company contribution.

Fixed

  • We've improved error handling in the bulk edit registrants uploader.
  • Fixed issues related to calculating currency conversions on PDF regeneration.
  • Added some padding above the reCAPTCHA field on the donation form.
  • Removed an extra space that was appearing in the profile dropdown when viewed in Internet Explorer.

New

  • Administrators can now use the liquid placeholder object {{ Current_User }} in editable areas across the site. Use this placeholder to add content to be displayed only to the logged in user, and conditionally based on user information (including roles, custom fields, and more).
  • Additionally, we've added the donation object to editable areas in the post-donation thank you page. Use this placeholder to add content to be displayed conditionally based on donation information (including donation amount, custom fields, and more).

Improvements

  • Payment methods associated with recurring plans are no longer automatically saved for reuse with one-click donations without explicit donor consent.
  • PDF Receipts can now be sent with recurring donation instance emails. To enable this, ensure the "Disabled" checkbox is unchecked in the relevant email.
  • The list of past Champion Campaigns now appears before the list of Champion templates in the create Champion campaign lightbox.
  • To comply with new WePay security requirements, campaign description is now sent to WePay along with every donation. As part of this, when creating Champion campaigns that are configured with WePay, the campaign description field is required.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue in which donor name was saved as billing name. This happened on donation forms for which there were two name fields (for first and last).
  • Fixed a bug that caused donations to not be marked as company contributions when donating through PayPal.
  • Words in Role Registration description no longer break mid-word.
  • Fixed the text size in the reCAPTCHA logo, which was displaying as a large font on some sites.
  • Name fields (when split into first and last name fields) now appear on a single line on campaign donation pages.
  • Refactored our Google Maps integration for better loading of multiple maps on a single page.

Sunsets

  • Our mobile-optimized donation page has been sunset. Non-responsive sites now display the full donation page on mobile devices. To upgrade your site to a responsive design, please contact us.

Improvements

  • Administrators can allow donors to opt out of receiving a PDF receipt when they submit a donation. This setting is accessible in the Admin Panel, under Email > PDF Receipt.
  • Administrators can set a minimum donation amount that triggers a PDF receipt. This setting is accessible in the Admin Panel, under Email > PDF Receipt.
  • The {{Eligible_Amount}} placeholder, mainly used in the PDF receipt, now includes processing fees that the donor covered. We have also added {{Eligible_Amount_Without_Fees}} for administrators who want to exclude processing fees from the tax deductible amount listed on their tax receipt.
  • Added subtotal and total fields to the registration record when registering through the Admin Panel.

Fixed

  • Updated the default "Donate to self" fundraiser task to read "Donate to your own campaign".

  • Fixed an issue that caused PNG, GIF and BMP files to be converted to JPEG. Transparent PNGs, for example, are now displayed correctly across sites.

  • Email addresses that appear in the Fundraiser Dashboard Recent Donations list are no longer awkwardly capitalized.
  • The Registration and Ticket Builders now prevent administrators from entering a quantity that's less than the amount used for roles and tickets.
  • Due to privacy concerns, User to User Thank You and User to User Invite auto responder emails have been removed from the Sent Emails tab in Admin Panel.
  • Added padding around the back button in login and registration, making it easier to identify.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented $0 registrations from syncing to NeonCRM on certain campaigns.

  • Campaigns that are moved between groups now immediately adopt their parent entity's settings.

Fixed

  • The new "Has Roles" column in the Registrants tab in Role Registration campaigns has been renamed to "Completed Registration" and now shows checks and x's consistent with other columns.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented registrations before roles had been activated.
  • We reverted the 11/13 update that allowed Role Registration users who did not complete registration to be recognized on the registration page. This will be revisited.

Improvements

  • The date picker for date fields in Role Registration Flow has been updated for better design and appearance on various device sizes.
  • Emails not sent due to network errors are now placed back into the email queue to be retried up to 5 times in the next 1-2 minutes. Re-queued emails don't appear in the Sent Auto Responders list until sending is successful or all retries fail.
  • The Site Builder's Edit CSS popup now validates the CSS within it for errors.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue in which users would occasionally get logged out when changing their login email back to a previous email.

  • Fraud prevention updates:
    • Our secure reCAPTCHA v2 integration has been added to the registration (for role registration), login, and donation lightbox forms.
    • We've implemented reCAPTCHA v3 on all our donation and registration forms. reCAPTCHA v3 employs user scores and security contingencies for more intelligent fraud prevention. Click here to learn more.
    • The reCAPTCHA logo has been added to all Rallybound sites.
  • As part of our ongoing commitment to security best practices we are implementing the strict transport security HTTP header on all websites.   • Various fundraiser- and team-list pages have been updated to paginate their results for improved load times.

Fixed

  • When the User to User Invite auto responder is disabled in the Admin Panel, the team builder in the Fundraiser Dashboard no longer gives the fundraiser the option to invite users to their team.
  • Verify Email auto responders can no longer be disabled.
  • Fixed an issue that caused tribute field values to not appear in the Admin Panel in certain circumstances.

  • Role and field prices can now be changed in the Registration Builder even for roles and fields that have already been used.
  • Prices on identity cards in the Dashboard > My Info tab are now displayed per field.

  • When accessing the Campaigns tab in the profile section of a standalone page, campaign cards are now displayed three to a row.

Improvements

  • It is now possible to configure campaigns such that registrants who donate during registration receive separate emails for the registration and donation respectively. Please contact us to set this up.
  • The default text of recurring emails now contain a link for the donor to manage their plan. If the donor doesn’t already have an account, the link redirects them to create one.
  • The organization country field in the Org Admin is now a dropdown field for better validation. 

Fixed

  • The Omni donation form now correctly displays the ACH payment option based on whether it is configured on the processing campaign.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when trying to apply a discount code to multiple fields that are each less than the discount amount but together are more than the discount amount.
  • A front-end country/state validation error in the Role Registration Flow was fixed.

  • Administrators can now charge a registration fee in the admin panel when adding roles to a registrant who did not complete registration.
  • Administrators can now allow donors to purchase or reserve tickets on behalf of companies. Enable this feature in the admin panel, under Campaign Settings > Donation Options.
  • Champion fundraisers can now view and replicate past champion campaigns.
  • The team join URL parameter can now be used when creating additional pages on campaigns configured with Quick Role Registration.

  • Users can no longer use for their email address certain diacritical marks that are not supported by most email providers.

Improvements

  • A fundraiser who joins an existing team that has no members via the Dashboard team builder popup, now becomes the team captain.
  • ClearView logs now contain full XML responses and are limited to a date range to handle larger log volumes. Administrators can choose a date range for which to display logs in the ClearView logs popup.

Fixed

  • Fixed a styling issue with the fundraiser profile image on mobile for select sites.
  • Payment buttons no longer show on the ticket page when there is no associated transaction amount.
  • Sponsor images are now uploaded correctly in the admin panel even if "use image" option is not selected.

Improvements

  • For Role Registration, we've added the ability to apply a discount code once per registration, regardless of how many users are being registered. Use the new "Entire Registration" option when adding a discount code.
  • The member count on the Org Admin campaigns list now excludes users who created an account through the Role Registration Flow but did not complete their registration.

Fixed

  • Adding a default member image in the Media Library will apply it immediately to all users who did not upload their own profile image.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the transaction activity of users who registered after donating to be listed under different member records in the admin panel.

  • Updated the Counts & Totals Report (both regular and ALL CAMPAIGNS) to include campaigns that do not have any amount raised.
