Rallybound offers flexible payment processing options, allowing you to accept credit card payments from most payment providers. Our native processor, NeonPay, features the strongest integration and most robust feature set.
Rallybound's registration process, Role Registration, is a mobile first experience in which nonprofits can present the relevant questions to registrants categorized under roles. By default, your campaigns will be equipped with Role Registration. There is also a quick version of Role Registration available for DIY or Tribute fundraising campaigns.
To automate the the process of sending confirmation emails, Rallybound features robust auto responders which are automatically generated and sent based on specific criteria. For example, when a new user signs up, they will receive a registration confirmation email, with some next steps. Administrators are able to edit the text of the auto responders as well as adding new ones, allowing them to customize and personalize their campaign.
We want you to make your campaign your very own. To that end, we encourage you to manage relevant settings under the Forms and Fundraising tabs of the Admin.
In addition to those settings, you can also modify your dictionary terms for your campaign (which dictate content across your site), modify defaults for personal and team fundraising pages, and edit the content on your site, among many other options.
